The first connection requires a medical biology analysis at a BioneXt LAB centre or via Picken Doheem. The token received at the time of submitting the results will enable you to activate your myLAB account.
In addition for it being needed to receive your myLAB activation code, your mobile phone number also enables us: - to contact you for medical purposes - to inform you quickly of abnormal results - to obtain additional information to carry out your tests - to establish contact with your treating doctor if necessary - to send you appointment reminders In line with data protection regulations (GDPR), BioneXt LAB undertakes not to communicate your mobile phone number to any third party.
The transmission of unencrypted results by sms or email is not legal. It does not comply with the ISO15189 standard to which medical analysis laboratories are subject and does not comply with the GDPR regulation.
Moreover, it does not comply with the recommendations of good practice of the Luxembourg standard ILNAS 107:2020. The communication of laboratory test results must be done in a secure way by guaranteeing the confidentiality of the data. This is why we do not communicate results by sms and email but via our myLAB application from the web or a smartphone. In addition, this solution guarantees the authenticity of the results and the analysis report.
The myLAB application freezes on my Android smartphone
There are several possible scenarios depending on the version of Android installed on the smartphone.
First, make sure you have the latest version of the myLAB application available on the PlayStore.
Press the application icon for a few seconds.
If a pop-up menu appears Select "App Info". In the new window, choose "Force shutdown" then, in the "Storage space" section, choose "Empty storage space".
Then restart the application.
If no pop-up menu appears Press "i". In the new window, choose "Storage" and then click on "Delete data". Then restart the application.

For your first login to myLAB The availability of your results will be communicated to you by SMS and e-mail which contain a unique token for initial access to your myLAB account:
Download the application on your smartphone or access myLAB via our website: https://mylab.bionext.lu
Click on "Login with Token" and enter the Token received by SMS and e-mail
Enter your date of birth, your e-mail address and choose a password (to remember for future logins)
Your myLAB account is activated
Future logins Once your myLAB account is activated, you will be notified of the availability of your results by SMS and e-mail. Access your results by entering your e-mail address and password in the application or on the website https://mylab.bionext.lu
Login to your myLAB account
Click on the icon " My relatives ".
Enter the token received by SMS and the date of birth of the person close to you.

You can activate several accounts with your mobile phone number. Just follow the procedure after receiving the SMS once the results of your loved one are available.
This QR Code makes your result report forgery-proof. It allows you to certify your results when you travel abroad, whatever the country. By scanning it with a smartphone, you query our servers which give you access to a multilingual web page containing all the data of the report in order to guarantee its authenticity
